1. Orders & acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason, including limited stock or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through our chosen payment gateway(s). We are not responsible for payment processing errors occurring at the provider side.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Make-To-Order (MTO) goods

Custom MTO goods are processed according to the product listing. Due to the bespoke nature, cancellations or modifications are accepted only within 12 hours of order placement. See our Cancellation & Refunds page for details.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds policy. Please refer to that page for detailed instructions.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos — is our property or used under license and may not be reused without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WudHomes’ liability for any claim arising from the use of our goods or services is limited to the value of the order.
