Cancellation & Refund

Order cancellation — General items

Customers may cancel an order and receive a full refund only if the cancellation request is received within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact us with your order number (see "How to contact us" below).

Make-To-Order (MTO) items — Important

Make-To-Order (MTO) items are manufactured to the customer’s specifications. Because production begins quickly to meet lead times, cancellations or changes to MTO orders are only accepted within 12 hours of order placement. After this time, production may have begun and we will not be able to cancel or change the order.

Why we cannot accept cancellations after 12 hours for MTO SKUs

  • MTO items are created individually according to the customer’s chosen specifications (sizes, shapes, finishes).
  • Production often starts on the same day as order acceptance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Any cancellation or change after production begins causes substantial disruption to the production schedule and incurs significant costs.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, we will refund via the original payment method. Refund processing time depends on your payment provider — it may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Partial refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in a used or damaged condition or for orders where only part of the order is eligible for return.

Returns & exchanges

  • Standard products: If eligible for return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
  • MTO products: Exchanges and returns are not accepted for custom MTO products unless the product is defective or significantly not as described.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective). If a refund is issued for an order in which we paid shipping, we will deduct the original shipping cost from the refund unless otherwise required by law.

How to request a cancellation, return or refund

Please email help@wudhomes.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for cancellation/return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will respond within 48 hours with next steps.
