Shipping Policy

Shipping regions

We ship to addresses within India. For international shipping enquiries please contact us at hello@wudhomes.com.

Processing time

Orders for in-stock items are processed in 1–3 business days. Make-To-Order items may take additional production time (specified on the product page). Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Courier & delivery time

We use trusted courier partners. Once dispatched, domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, the delivery address and shipping method. Free shipping offers (if any) apply only to specified orders or promotions.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and photos, and contact us within 48 hours at hello@wudhomes.com. For lost shipments, we will work with the courier to investigate; refunds or replacements will be handled per our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

Changes to delivery address

If you need to change a delivery address, contact us immediately. We can only update the address if the order hasn't been dispatched. Additional charges may apply.
