We use Sleepwell HR foam by Sheela Foam, known for its high resilience and long-lasting comfort. Each layer is engineered for superior bounce, shape retention, and ergonomic support.
Wud (Frame)
A strong foundation built with a combination of high quality branded 16-18mm plywood and neem wood or pine wood. Kiln-dried and treated to resist warping, ensuring stability for years.
Support System
Reinforced with elastic webbing and heavy-duty zig-zag springs, offering even support across the seat while preventing sagging over time.
Upholstery
We upholster our sofas with premium 300+ GSM and 30000+ rub count fabrics, carefully tested for durability, color fastness, and abrasion resistance. Designed to look and feel great, day after day.
