Our wooden products use natural wood as a material and each piece will have a unique grain pattern of its own. Furthermore it may have slight hue variations than seen on the website image due to the natural wood material variation and usage of our natural oil stains. Solid wood also expands and contracts with the weather changes so minor warpage during the seasonal changes is very normal.

You can grealy extend the life of your furniture with the right care. Refer to our Aftercare Guide for detailed instructions. Avoid strong cleaning agents and prolong exposure to direct sunlight. For Metal, Cane & Fabric products clean with dry cloth or vacuum on low suction settings.

Your satisfaction is of great importance to us. We urge you to inspect your delivered product and report any defects within 48 hours to our Customer Success team. We reserve the right to approve returns or exchanges based on the condition of the product.

As each product is made to order, we do not have a 'change of heart' refund policy. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Our products come with a one year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This doesn't include damanges from wear and tear.
